On unpatented mining claims you do NOT own the actual land. You DO own the mineral rights. The minerals being gold, silver, platinum. Claim owner has the right to use as much of the surface of the land that is needed for your mining operation. You DO have the right to stay on the land while you are mining. You do NOT have the right to build a permanent structure, however a shed or similar structures may be allowed to store mining equipment with approval from the BLM. Any movable camper or RV IS allowed. You do not have to mine continually. You can come and go on your own claim as you wish. You can spend time on your claim to relax, camp, invite friends and family to enjoy this beautiful scenic serene area.

This claim is recorded in the Josephine County Recorders office and also with BLM. All fees have been paid and are up to date through September 1, 2008. The new owner will be responsible for all upcoming annual labor and the $10 filing fee with BLM. All will be explained to the new owner. Their are no taxes on Oregons unpatented mining claims.

It is a great spot for quads, mountain biking, horse back riding, hiking, rock hounding, fishing and hunting. While exploring the many well maintained wilderness roads a variety of wildlife can be seen, including some of the biggest black tail bucks I have ever seen.

 If you would like to make an offer to purchase this claim at any time throughout this auction you can contact us and we will arrange a buy it now price. Then we will post a buy it now price so you can purchase the mines and ebay can get their selling fee. At auction close down payment must be made through paypal of $1.000 and balance received within 5 business days.

 Other payment arrangements can be made by contacting us. Once payment is received a deed will be filled out and notarized and recorded in the Josephine County recording office, we would then mail you the original recorded deed and we will also send a copy to BLM along with the fee to transfer ownership. This would all be done by us and all fees would be paid by us that way we know it is done and done right. We will provide the winning bidder with the GPS readings for the claim. We have posted a marking stake at the center of the three claims making it easier to locate the outer corners. The new owner will also be supplied with maps and all necessary information for this claim.

 We reserve the right to end this auction at anytime as we have it for sale elsewhere.
